Four invitations into the same journey
Each book is a doorway into the philosophy of Coming Home to Yourself. The first explores what it means to discover who we are when the badges fall away; the second turns toward living authentically in every season of life; the third offers a year of weekly reflections to keep you returning to what matters. The fourth, The Fourth Season, is a practical guide to making those years meaningful.

When the Badges Have Gone
What happens when the roles, responsibilities and titles that have shaped much of your life begin to change?
A career comes to an end. Leadership responsibilities are handed to others. Children build lives of their own. The familiar structures of life begin to shift — and a new question emerges:
Who am I now?
Coming Home to Yourself is a reflective workbook for the Fourth Season of life. It is not designed to tell you what your retirement should look like, or to give you another list of goals to achieve. Instead, it invites you to pause, look back at the life you have lived, understand the person you have become, and consider what truly matters to you now.
Through personal stories, thoughtful questions and practical exercises, you will explore your identity, values, experiences, relationships, lessons and hopes for the years ahead. You will identify the values that guide you and the anchor points that keep you grounded, before considering the choices available to you in this new season.
But the book has a specific destination.
Your own personal manifesto.
By the final pages, you will have the opportunity to bring your reflections together into a statement of who you are, what you value and how you choose to live the years ahead. It isn't a bucket list or a plan for what you must achieve. It is a declaration of the life you want to live — one that is authentic to you.
The accompanying Coming Home to Yourself app provides a digital way to complete the reflections as you work through the book. Your responses can be saved, revisited and developed over time, and at the end the app uses your own reflections to help create a beautifully designed visual version of your personal manifesto, including your values, anchor points and the themes that have emerged from your journey.
You don't need to become someone else. You need to become more fully yourself.
Coming Home to Yourself is not a book to simply finish. It is a journey to undertake towards authenticity and intentional living.
Living with Authenticity
There are so many voices telling us who we should be.
How we should act. What we should wear. What car we should drive. Which neighbourhood we should live in. What success should look like. Even which watch, phone or piece of jewellery might say something about our status.
Some of those voices are obvious. Others are much quieter. They come from our parents, our friends, our culture, our communities, our workplaces and the expectations we have gradually absorbed along the way.
And somewhere among all those voices, it can become surprisingly difficult to hear our own.
What would change if you stopped living according to who you think you are supposed to be and began living more authentically?
Living with Authenticity explores the ways we construct our identities, the expectations we carry and the choices we make — and invites us to look beneath them.
It isn't about rejecting the roles we play, abandoning responsibility or becoming someone entirely different. It is about asking whether the life we are living still reflects the person we actually are — and whether the things we have accumulated along the way are expressions of ourselves, or expectations we have simply learned to carry.
It is an invitation to pause, reflect and ask a deceptively simple question:
Am I really living my own life?
